How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by contacting us via phone or email. We offer flexible scheduling, including Saturday hours, to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?

Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our Goodyear office as well as convenient virtual therapy sessions for Arizona residents.

Do you work with couples or just individuals?

We provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, communication issues, or personal struggles, we tailor counseling to your unique needs.

What therapeutic approaches do you use?

We draw from evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, CBT, person-centered therapy, trauma-informed practices, and attachment-based work. Your treatment plan is customized based on your needs and goals.

What can I expect during my first session?

Your first session focuses on understanding your concerns, history, and goals. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore what support looks like for you, and create a personalized plan for moving forward.

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently private pay only and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a superbill upon request for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider.
